Flexible

Flexible stone veneer sheets can be bent with a radius of 360 mm along its length. It is not recommended to use a width for bending because each stone sheet has a different thickness. The degree of radius varies from sheet to sheet. Fabric backing is more suitable for bending installations, including edge bending in the wood industry. Fabric backing can be easily installed on round posts. The adhesive used provides sufficient strength, so there will be no cracks in the stone layer during bending.
Installation equipment
PU glue
Circular saw (100-tooth carbide saw blade, 7 inches)
Electric grinder
Scissors or cutters
Gloves, protective glasses, dust masks
Roller, rubber hammer, glue spreader
Measuring tape, spirit level
Installation steps
Prepare the surface smoothly, without oil stains or foreign objects that can prevent the glue from working to its full potential.
Measure the area to cut the sheet to fit the size of the area.
Apply glue to the back of the sheet or apply glue to the surface in a grid or zigzag pattern all over.
Install the sheet after applying the glue within 20 minutes to prevent the glue from drying, then pat it gently or use a rubber hammer to knock it gently.
While installing, leave a distance of about 1 mm between sheets or close to the sheet. It is recommended to use waterproof silicone to seal the joints, or you can omit it.
You can use a waterproof coating or paint coating.
Finish the work and check the neatness of the installation.
